Overview:

The objective of the project is to design and build an additional works for the accommodation project at Al Rayyan with the inclusion of boundary walls, the infrastructures, external services and works and furniture, office furniture and gym equipment. GET agreed to complete the scope of work in a period of 1
24 months in accordance with the key stages.
The scope of works for the design and build of additional works for the accommodation project at AL RAYYAN Scope of Work.

Project scope:

• Construction of Academic Building G + 3 including MEP and Finishing works
• Construction of Main Gate Building including MEP and Finishing works
• Construction of Substation including MEP and Finishing works
• A new Road Network including demolition of existing road and traffic signs
• A new streetlight, external lights for football field & open ground.
• Construction of Car Parks for Office Area, Accommodation Area, and Masjid
• Including Car Park Shades for each area.
• Installation of CCTV equipment & accessories
• Construction of fence around the football field and signal tower
• Construction of a New Entrance gate of about 64 sqm.
• Hard and Soft Landscaping
• A Potable water network, sewage network, stormwater, Underground LPG Tank & Systems, water tank, fire alarm network, and telecommunication main network.
• Installation of GYM Equipment, Kitchen Equipment, Furniture’s & Office Furniture.
