Project Overview
This visionary project totaled over 600,000 square meters and we were responsible for around 40,000 square meters of renovation on a turnkey basis and harmonious landscaping including forests and spice plants.

Scope of Work
The main buildings consist of a villa, private Majlis for the Sheikh, public Majlis, spa and swimming pool and staff, services and drivers’ buildings. We were also tasked with constructing external roads, soft and hard scape and infrastructure works
